You apply; the hiring team reviews the role requirements and your information; relevant candidates are invited to discuss the role, their experience and the team; and selected candidates receive the next steps directly from an authorised Vastranand representative. The exact conversations vary by role.

Yes, to help our hiring team. An AI reads the text of your CV, with your name and contact details removed, and summarises how it fits the role. For some roles you may be invited to an online first round: a private link where you answer 5 to 15 questions in English, Gujarati or Hindi, by typing or voice typing. The AI scores the answers. A person decides every stage; the AI never rejects or selects anyone on its own.

It depends on the role and the number of applications. Selected candidates hear about the next steps directly from an authorised Vastranand representative.

No. If the same details are sent again for the same role within a short time, your first application stays safely on file.
